Payment:

All taxes applicable at the time of booking are included in the tour prices. Not all accommodation types are available on all tours. For group reservations, our customers are kindly requested to contact Cappadocia Darma Travel for prices, terms and conditions.

Payment methods:

Payment can be made by cash or credit card (Visa, Master). Prepayment can be made by transfer to our bank account, mail order or credit card (Visa, Master).

Cancellation and Refund:

Cancellation requests must be received in writing (letter, fax or email). Cancellation requests received after this date are subject to full or partial payment. Package tour cancellations, including flight tickets, must be made at least 30 days before the scheduled departure time and are subject to penalties imposed by airline companies. For later cancellations, 50% of the tour fee will be charged. For cancellations made 1 week before the start of the tour, 100% of the tour fee will be charged. Tour cancellations, including hotel reservations, must be made at least 15 before the scheduled day. For later cancellations, 50% of the total price of the package will be charged. For cancellations made 3 days before the start of the tour, 100% of the tour fee will be charged. Cancellation of hotel reservations must be made at least 15 days before the scheduled day. There will be no refund for later cancellations. Cancellation of daily tours and balloon flights must be made at least 7 days before the reservation date. For prepaid reservations, 100% of the prepayment fee will be charged for cancellations made 7 days or less from the tour date. Cancellations of private group tours must be made at least 30 days before the tour starts. For later cancellations, 50% of the total fee will be charged. Cancellations made 2 weeks before the start of the tour will be charged 100%. During reservation registration, refunds or refunds made from payments made by credit card will be credited back to the Customer's credit card to which the payment was made and/or to the bank account to which the payment was sent. In all refund transactions, the Agency pays commissions, taxes, etc. will be refunded to the Customer by deducting the costs. In cases of not joining the tour without notice or missing the tour bus or plane, or in cases of not continuing or not being able to continue the tour voluntarily or unintentionally after joining the tour at the beginning, no refund is possible. Apart from the cancellation fee, the mandatory expenses made by the Agency for the customer (insurance, flight ticket, hotel, etc.) are also collected from the customer. Force Majeure and Responsibilities Unless force majeure is shown, the party agrees and declares to pay the entire remaining payment amount specified in the cancellation and refund conditions. The Agency cannot be held responsible for any political events, strikes, disasters, wars, weather conditions and adverse events, technical events and malfunctions, or changes or delays that may arise from interstate relations that may occur before or during the tour. Our Agency is not responsible for any accident, health problem, theft or loss of luggage or damage that may occur during transportation and accommodation due to any reason not related to our Agency. Our agency is not responsible for flight times and schedules that the airlines it works with change from time to time. In cases of necessity, our agency sticks to the original program, tour order, places to eat or stay, etc. reserves the right to make changes.

Transportation Service:

Cappadocia tour prices include pickup and drop-off from a hotel in Göreme, Uçhisar, Ürgüp, Avanos, Nevşehir, Çavuşin or Ortahisar, unless stated otherwise. Pickup and drop-off from other locations are available at additional cost. Customers are required to be at the hotel reception at the appointed time; if they are not there, the tour fee will still be charged and there is no right to a refund. Customers are usually picked up no later than 10 minutes after the appointed time.

Health:

All customers are advised to take out comprehensive holiday and travel insurance, including out-of-country health insurance. It is also recommended that you be fit and healthy to participate in these tours. Some tours involve a significant amount of walking and some involve navigating rugged terrain at archaeological sites. It is the responsibility of individual clients to decide whether they are medically fit and able to undertake these tours.

Hotel Accommodation:

All rooms on package tours are standard double or twin (two single beds) rooms with special amenities, unless the customer specifically requests and pays for an upgraded room category. Bed types are subject to availability and special requests for connecting rooms. In all cases, room selection is entirely at the discretion of the hotel management, unless otherwise stated. Triple rooms usually consist of a double bed and a single bed. The number of people staying does not determine the room size. All hotel prices are based on Cappadocia Darma Travel's agreements with its suppliers and are not subject to negotiation. Hotel check-in time is usually not before 14:00. And check-out time is before noon. We reserve the right to substitute hotels of equal standard. There will be no refund for any difference in accommodation cost. Smoking is prohibited in all hotel rooms in accordance with the ban on indoor tobacco and tobacco products.

Transfers:

Transfer is provided by car, minibus or bus as stated for each tour. To compensate for minor delays, your arrival transfer is guaranteed up to one hour from your scheduled arrival time. Cappadocia Darma Travel or the transfer company is not responsible for flight delays for any reason beyond the originally planned arrival time. In case of delay due to flight delay or time taken to report damage or loss of luggage, it is the customer's responsibility to make other transfer arrangements such as taxi. Transfer costs are non-refundable and additional costs belong to the customer.

Travelers Requiring Special Assistance:

Any obstacles requiring special attention must be reported to Cappadocia Darma Travel at the time of booking. Cappadocia Darma Travel will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the specific needs of such travelers but will not be liable for any refusal of service by carriers, hotels and other independent suppliers. We regret that we cannot provide individual assistance to a customer for walking, eating, or other personal needs. Passengers requiring such assistance must be accompanied by a qualified companion.

Visas and Passports:

The customer is responsible for obtaining and paying for all visas and entry documents, meeting all health and other requirements, and any documents required by law, regulation, order and/or Turkish Customs. The client must consult the appropriate consulates to determine whether a visa is required and is responsible for obtaining all visas and entry documents independently. Cappadocia Darma Travel is not responsible for providing the customer with specific visa and passport information or documentation and cannot accept liability for any customer who is refused any transportation or entry into Turkey due to the customer not carrying the required documentation. All passengers traveling to Turkey must have a passport valid for at least 6 months after leaving Turkey and a valid visa.

Liability:

Cappadocia Darma Travel is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay or irregularity caused by the negligence of any third party or its customers. Cappadocia Darma Travel cannot be held responsible for the disruption of subcontracted services. In the event that some parts of the tour program cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances not controlled by Cappadocia Darma Travel, customers are only obliged to provide a partial refund if 25% or more of the program is not met. The refund amount depends on the percentage of the itinerary not provided.

Complaints:

Any complaints must be reported immediately to the guide or Cappadocia Darma Travel staff who will do everything possible to resolve the problem. If the problem cannot be resolved on the spot, a written complaint must be made as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours after the end of the trip. Written complaints, Tekelli Mh.
