Payment:

All applicable taxes at the time of booking are included in the tour prices. Not all accommodation types are available on all tours. For group reservations, our customers are kindly requested to contact Cappadocia Darma Travel for prices, terms and conditions.

Payment:

Payment can be made in cash or by credit card (Visa, Master). Prepayment can be made to our bank account by money order, mail order or credit card (Visa, Master).

Cancellation and Refund:

Cancellation requests must be received in writing (letter, fax or e-mail). Cancellation requests received after this date are subject to full or partial payment. Package tour cancellations including flight tickets must be made at least 30 days before the scheduled departure time and are subject to penalties imposed by airline companies. For cancellations made later, 50% of the tour fee is charged. For cancellations made 1 week before the start of the tour, 100% of the tour fee is charged. Tour cancellations, including hotel reservations, must be made at least 15 minutes before the scheduled day. For cancellations made later, 50% of the total cost of the package is charged.

Cancellations made 3 days before the start of the tour will be charged 100% of the tour fee. Cancellation of hotel reservations must be made at least 15 days before the scheduled date. There will be no refunds for cancellations made later. Cancellation of daily tours and balloon flights must be made at least 7 days before the reservation date. For prepaid reservations, cancellations made 7 days or less from the day of the tour will be charged 100% of the prepayment fee. Cancellations of private group tours must be made at least 30 days before the tour starts. Cancellations made later will be charged 50% of the total price.

Cancellations made 2 weeks before the start of the tour will be charged 100%. Refunds or refunds made from credit card payments during reservation registration will be credited back to the credit card of the Customer from whom the payment was made and/or to the bank account from which the payment was sent. In all refund transactions, commission, tax, etc. will be returned to the Customer, deducted from the costs. There is no refund in case of not participating in the tour unannounced or missing the tour bus, flight, or not continuing the tour voluntarily or unintentionally after joining the tour at the beginning.

Apart from the cancellation deduction, the compulsory expenses (insurance, flight ticket, hotel, etc.) made by the Agency for the customer are also collected from the customer. Force Majeure and Responsibilities Unless force majeure is indicated, it has accepted and declared to pay the entire remaining payment amount specified in the cancellation and return conditions. The Agency cannot be held responsible for any political event, strike, disaster, war, weather conditions and opposition, technical incidents and malfunctions, or changes or delays that may arise during the tour or during the tour.

Our Agency is not responsible for any accident, health problem, theft or loss of luggage or damage that may occur during transportation and accommodation for any reason not related to our Agency. Our agency is not responsible for the flight times and tariffs that the airlines it has worked with change from time to time. Our agency, in obligatory cases, sticking to the original program, in the tour order, places to eat or stay, etc. reserves the right to make changes.

Transportation Service:

Cappadocia tour prices include pick-up and drop-off from a hotel in Göreme, Uçhisar, Ürgüp, Avanos, Nevşehir, Çavuşin or Ortahisar, unless otherwise stated. Pickup and drop-off from other locations are subject to additional charges. Customers are required to be at the hotel reception at the appointed time, if they are not there, they will still be charged the tour fee and are not entitled to any refund. Customers are usually picked up no later than 10 minutes after the appointed time.

Health:

All customers are advised to take out comprehensive vacation and travel insurance, including out-of-country health insurance. It is also recommended that you be fit and healthy to participate in these tours. Some tours involve substantial hiking and some navigating the rough terrain at archaeological sites. It is up to individual customers to decide if they are medically fit and able to perform these tours.

Transfers:

Transfer by car, minibus or bus is provided as stated for each tour. To make up for minor delays, your arrival transfer is guaranteed up to one hour from your scheduled arrival time. Cappadocia Darma Travel or the transfer company is not responsible for flight delays for any reason from the originally scheduled arrival time. In case of delay due to flight delay or time taken to report baggage damage or loss, it is the customer's responsibility to make other transfer arrangements such as taxi. Transfer costs are not refundable and additional costs belong to the customer.

Travelers Requiring Special Assistance:

Any obstacle that requires special attention should be reported to Cappadocia Darma Travel at the time of booking. Cappadocia Darma Travel will make reasonable attempts to meet the specific needs of such travelers, but will not be liable for any denial of service by carriers, hotels and other independent suppliers. We regret that we are unable to provide individual assistance to a client for walking, eating or other personal needs. Passengers requiring such assistance must be accompanied by a qualified companion.

Visas and Passports:

The customer is responsible for obtaining and paying all visa and entry documents, fulfilling all health and other requirements, and any documents required by laws, regulations, orders and/or Turkish Customs. The client should consult the appropriate consulates to determine whether a visa is required and is responsible for obtaining all visas and entry documents independently. Cappadocia Darma Travel is not responsible for providing the customer with specific visa and passport information or documents and cannot accept any responsibility for any customer denied entry to any transport or entry into Turkey due to the customer's failure to carry the required documents. All passengers traveling to Turkey must have a passport with at least 6 months validity and a valid visa after leaving Turkey.

Obligation:

Cappadocia Darma Travel is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, delay or irregularity caused by the negligence of any third party or its customers. Cappadocia Darma Travel cannot be held responsible for the disruption of sub-contracted services. In case some parts of the tour program cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances not controlled by Cappadocia Darma Travel, customers are only liable for partial refunds if 25% or more of the program is not provided. The refund amount depends on the percentage of the itinerary not provided.

Complaints:

Any complaints should be reported immediately to the guide or Cappadocia Darma Travel staff, who will do everything possible to resolve the issue. If the problem cannot be resolved on the spot, a written complaint must be made as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours after the end of the trip. Written complaints, Tekelli Mh. Evidence of breach of contract and documents proving extra costs and possible damages should be attached to the message. Complaints made 24 hours after the problem occurs or after the tour ends are unacceptable and deemed expired.
