Turkish bath, also known as "hamam" in Turkish, is a centuries-old bath tradition that holds an important place in Turkish culture and history. It is a unique bath ritual that combines purification, relaxation and social interaction, providing both physical and mental renewal.

Turkish bath typically consists of several interconnected baths with varying temperatures. It consists of rooms. The main rooms include the cold room (coldness), the warm room (warmth) and the hot room (temperature). The process begins in the warm room, where visitors can relax and acclimate their bodies to the high temperature.

Then, they move to the hot room where there is a centrally heated marble platform called "belly stone". Here, visitors lie down and receive a deep scrub and peel using a rough glove called a "scrub." This process is dead. It removes skin cells and leaves the skin feeling soft and refreshed.
