After you make your reservation, we give you a pickup time to be picked up from your hotel. Our vehicle picks you up at that time and takes you to the balloon take-off area.

• Guests' pick-up time from the hotel varies depending on summer and winter hours.
• If your balloon tour is canceled due to weather conditions, it will be transferred to the next day depending on availability or your full money will be refunded.
